Cultivate stillness to explore fascial release and ease into deep body awareness. A blend of Yin and restorative yoga, this practice makes use of various props to facilitate gentle stretching, self-massage, and long-held postures. Yoga Nidra and experiential meditation are offered in order to deepen relaxation and embodiment. Feel free to practice in your pajamas so you can head off to bed right away, and don't forget to brush your teeth beforehand :) Suitable for beginners.

Please have the following props handy: bolster or a large pillow, large towel or cotton blanket, a smaller cushion for head/knees, and a dining chair. Occasionally we will incorporate massage balls into our practice too - a couple of tennis balls, spiky massage balls or dryer balls tucked into a sock will do!
