After 18 years as Emmy-winning TV investigative/consumer reporter/anchor, followed by 5 years as a Smith Barney socially responsible financial consultant, I combined both careers to start dispelling myths about eating vegan which spared me from breast cancer that got my mom, aunt & both sisters (very rare).
